Your day as a Automotive Sales Consultant As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Fox CDJR Southfield, you will be the welcoming face for every customer stepping into our vibrant dealership showroom or sales lot! Your role will involve approaching and greeting customers, offering them assistance to ensure a memorable experience. You will perform professional vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features that match customer needs. Utilizing dealership systems, you'll manage pre and post-follow-up, building a robust client database. You’ll also maintain an understanding of vehicle values, finance products, and Fox programs to offer tailored solutions. By ensuring our showroom is inviting and well-prepared, you'll help create an enjoyable atmosphere, all while following Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
