About The Position

The Product Specialist at Hamilton Robotics plays a key role in supporting the company’s mission to deliver innovative, high-quality laboratory automation solutions. This position involves developing technical expertise in assigned Hamilton lab automation products , contributing to daily sales support, product development initiatives, training and marketing support, while assisting in achieving portfolio revenue growth. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Nice To Haves

• experience with D365 is a plus.
• Experience in sales, customer service, product management, or product development preferred.
• Background in the laboratory equipment or life sciences industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in assigned Hamilton lab automation products, serving as a subject matter expert for internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify market opportunities, develop and launch new products, and manage existing product lines.
• Support product development efforts in partnership with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Support sales with technical and pricing product pricing knowledge.
• Conduct sales and service training sessions for internal staff and channel partners.
• Deliver product demonstrations for customers and key stakeholders.
• Assist in creating and executing business plans and product strategies to drive growth.
• Partner with the Marketing Communications team to develop effective, customer-focused product materials.
• Provide daily technical and product support to internal and external stakeholders.
