The Solution Owner for Revenue Cycle is a strategic leader responsible for aligning the solution with organizational goals, driving the vision, and developing the roadmap to achieve key objectives. This role holds decision-making authority and ensures active stakeholder engagement to meet the needs of end-users effectively. The Solution Owner shares accountability for the success of the solution alongside a cross-functional team, including operational and business leaders, Scrum Master or Project Manager, and developers. Focused primarily on Epic technology and integrated business systems, the Solution Owner will lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge growth. This role requires exceptional communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and a strong commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality workflows that reduce errors and align operational and regulatory requirements with technology solutions. Given the complexity and interdependence of billing, claims, and financial systems, the Solution Owner will establish and lead a centralized solution team to ensure cohesive application management, clear accountability, and proactive issue resolution. This approach aims to enhance provider satisfaction, improve the patient financial experience, and optimize organizational financial outcomes. The initial focus of the team will be on Revenue Cycle functionality, including: Resolute Professional Billing Resolute Hospital Billing Home Health and Hospice Billing Resolute Professional Claims Resolute Hospital Claims Health Information Management (HIM)
