BAE Systems is seeking a Product Producibility and Launch Program Engineer (P2L Engineer) to provide design expertise and leadership within our emerging and development programs. In this role, the P2L Program Engineer is charged with providing technical leadership, support, and direction for new product designs intended to be transitioned into Production from Engineering. Focusing on affordability and producibility activities early in the design process, the P2L Engineer will help drive technology trends into our factories to maximize design flexibility, manufacturability, and lower overall product costs. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship
