As a Product Owner – AI Services at Fullbay, you own and contribute to the success of the intelligence capabilities that enable intelligent features across the Fullbay platform. You lead the definition, delivery, and ongoing improvement of reusable services, guardrails, and patterns that are leveraged by product and technology teams to build AI-enhanced experiences. In this role, you operate as a primary point of contact, accountable for backlog clarity, delivery quality, and the continued evolution of AI-related capabilities. Your decisions directly influence customer-facing experiences by shaping how AI-powered functionality feels—consistent, reliable, and thoughtfully integrated across domains. You balance near-term enablement with practical long-range thinking, ensuring teams are unblocked today while building foundations that support future innovation. You lead a dedicated team of engineers and QA, working closely with other Product Owners, Product Managers, designers, and engineering leadership. You are expected to demonstrate strong ownership and clear decision-making within a collaborative environment—often partnering early with other teams to define and sequence AI capabilities before downstream work begins. Success in this role requires sound judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex AI-related considerations into clear, actionable plans.
