About The Position

The AI Product Owner will drive the adoption and implementation of AI-enabled workflows across the organization, translating high-impact opportunities into repeatable, production-ready solutions. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including AI/ML engineers, IT, Security, Finance, and business units—to ensure initiatives are compliant, effective, and measurable. You will own the intake-to-delivery process, prioritizing use cases based on business value, adoption potential, and operational impact. The role emphasizes metrics-driven decision-making, iterative delivery, and organizational enablement. Operating in a fast-moving, remote-first environment, you will influence strategy, optimize workflows, and accelerate AI adoption across enterprise teams. This position offers the chance to shape the future of work by embedding AI in meaningful, high-value processes while supporting enterprise-wide transformation.

  • Experience defining success metrics and using data to inform prioritization, iteration, and adoption decisions
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills across Finance, People, GTM, IT, and Security teams
  • Capable of managing ambiguity, balancing speed with quality, and influencing adoption without direct authority
  • Curiosity and openness to emerging technologies, particularly AI, to drive organizational impact
