About The Position

CADDi is on a mission to "unleash the potential of the manufacturing industry." We are currently expanding rapidly in the US, and we are seeking an Product Operations Manager to oversee all operations related to implementing our products to customers and take responsibility for company-wide results. We are looking for someone who is excited about the challenge of delivering tangible value to customers through strategic planning for the entire operation in collaboration with our customer success team and transforming manufacturing around the world.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in IT system implementation, implementation consulting, business operations, or similar role within a SaaS environment
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / Google Apps Script / SQL / Python
  • Strong analytical skills using large data sets
  • Communication: A compelling communicator able to simplify complex operational challenges for C-level audiences.
  • Experience leading functional strategies from planning to execution: Designing optimal operations for a business, not just improving efficiency, but also determining the balance between costs, revenue, and customer value
  • Adaptability: A "startup mindset"—comfortable with ambiguity and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Authorization: Must be a US Citizen, or a Permanent Resident (Green Card).
  • Ability to work in-office 5 days a week in our Chicago, IL office.

Responsibilities

  • System Requirements: Leading in defining system requirements based on business needs identified by the Customer Success team.
  • Integration Design: Designing data linkage and integration between CADDi and the customer’s existing IT environment.
  • Process Structuring: Structuring complex business processes and translating them into product configurations.
  • Project Management: Designing WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), managing tasks, progress, quality, and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinating and building consensus with clients and internal/external stakeholders, including collaboration with global operations team
  • Problem Solving: Identifying, decomposing, and solving issues that arise during the implementation process.
  • Standardization: Documenting and standardizing insights gained on-site to drive operational improvements.
