About The Position

Product Operations Manager Focus: Scaling the "Product Machine" to grow the Bookings and ARR. The Mission You are the architect of our product development lifecycle. Your goal is to ensure our Product Managers spend less time on manual coordination and more time on high-value discovery and strategy. You will turn our fragmented data and feedback loops into a streamlined engine for growth. Key Responsibilities Process Design: Standardize the "Way of Working” from PRD templates to sprint cadences and cross-functional handoffs. Data Stewardship: Own the product tech stack (e.g., Mixpanel, Pendo, Jira). Ensure data integrity so decisions are based on facts, not "gut feelings." Feedback Aggregation: Build a system that synthesizes input from Sales, CS, and Support into a prioritized "Voice of the Customer" report. Lead the "Release Readiness" process. Beyond the high-level pillars, a Product Ops Manager owns these specific, daily workstreams: The "Product Operating Model" (The Playbook) Standardization: Developing a unified language for "Discovery," "Alpha," "Beta," and "GA" (General Availability). Meeting Design: Facilitating high-stakes rituals like Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) or Quarterly Planning so they don't turn into aimless status updates. Documentation: Owning the "Internal Product Wiki." They ensure that if a new engineer joins, they can understand what is being built and why within an hour. Market & Competitive Intelligence Win/Loss Analysis: Partnering with Sales to analyze why deals are being lost to competitors and feeding that specifically formatted data back to PMs. Pricing & Packaging Support: Analyzing how feature usage aligns with current pricing tiers to suggest where "paywalls" or "add-ons" should live.
