Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey. We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to own the end-to-end release process and operating rhythm that allows our product team to ship with confidence and scale with impact. You'll be stepping into a high-leverage role where the systems you build—from soft launches through full rollouts, adoption tracking, and cross-functional coordination—become the foundation our entire product organization scales on. With 5 PMs, nearly 70 product engineers, and hundreds of medspa customers relying on seamless feature delivery, this isn't a support role—it's an ownership role where your work directly determines whether providers discover and adopt new features, whether our teams stay aligned, and whether we're solving the right problems.
