We are looking for a highly skilled Product Operations Lead to lead day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for a CMS-supported system and ensure operational activities align with CMS contract requirements, SLAs, and performance metrics. Requirements

Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

Promote process standardization and best practices across the O&M lifecycle
Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for a CMS-supported system
Ensure operational activities align with CMS contract requirements, SLAs, and performance metrics
Coordinate incident management, problem resolution, and change activities across technical and functional teams
Track operational risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as appropriate
Develop and deliver regular status reports, operational metrics, and briefings for CMS stakeholders and program leadership
Coordinate release communications, maintenance notifications, and incident communications
Facilitate operational meetings including stand-ups, O&M reviews, and stakeholder touch points
Elicit and document business and operational requirements for CMS-requested enhancements and internal improvements
Write, refine, and manage user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with CMS standards and Agile practices
Maintain and prioritize the enhancement and defect backlog in collaboration with CMS stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
Partner with engineering and support teams on root cause analysis and preventative actions
