We are seeking a Product Operations & Delivery Lead to drive cross-functional delivery across Hi Marley’s product and technical teams. This role blends operational rigor with hands-on program leadership, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives that span infrastructure, tooling, product workflows, discovery processes, and customer-facing programs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on structure and delivery excellence, is fluent in tools like Jira, and can operate at both the systems and execution level. As we scale and move upmarket, you will help evolve our product development process and operating rhythm while ensuring that complex programs are delivered on time and with clarity across the organization.Teamwork and shared enthusiasm is a core part of our culture, which is why this role involves joining us in the Boston office for two days each week.

Requirements

  • Product Operations Expertise: 6-8+ years supporting or leading cross-functional programs in SaaS, platform, or product environments. Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team projects on time and with clarity.
  • Program & Delivery Leadership: Ability to independently coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives, with strong skills in prioritization, stakeholder communication, and risk management. You thrive in ambiguous environments and take initiative to bring structure and momentum.
  • Curiosity & Initiative: A self-starter who proactively asks questions, seeks to understand context, and isn’t afraid to challenge assumptions. You come back with informed recommendations, not just status updates.
  • Tooling Fluency: Hands-on experience configuring and managing Jira, Confluence, and similar tools to improve visibility, reporting, and delivery effectiveness.
  • Process-Minded & Detail-Oriented: Passionate about creating and evolving workflows, playbooks, and systems that enable predictability, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Release & Workflow Experience: Experience managing product release cycles and contributing to the definition of operational playbooks, delivery practices, and launch readiness processes.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain rigor across the product development lifecycle — from ticket hygiene and epic definition to PRFAQs and product briefs — ensuring clarity and consistency in how work is defined, prioritized, and delivered.
  • Design and implement scalable systems for collecting, organizing, and prioritizing feedback from customers, GTM, and internal stakeholders, turning insights into actionable roadmap inputs.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to optimize workflows and decision-making processes, enabling faster, more predictable outcomes.
  • Lead complex, cross-team initiatives with clear ownership of scope, milestones, risks, and communications.
  • Own and evolve the release calendar and delivery cadence, balancing team velocity with go-to-market readiness and ensuring smooth, well-coordinated launches.
  • Build and maintain visibility into progress, dependencies, and risks through tools like Jira and Confluence, driving alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Product Marketing and Enablement to align product releases with GTM milestones and internal communications.
  • Facilitate planning ceremonies, retrospectives, and governance rituals that keep teams aligned and accountable.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks, process gaps, or inefficiencies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
