About The Position

DiligenceVault is building the network intelligence layer for the allocator and manager ecosystem. We power diligence, data, and workflows for leading allocators and asset managers. We are now extending this foundation to create a system that connects: people firms activity and emerging signals across the market This is a high-signal, data-driven network built on real investment workflows -- enhanced by AI to accelerate insight, matching, and decision-making. We’re looking for a Product & Network Growth Lead to help build and scale this from 0 --> 1 --> scale. This role sits at the intersection of: product growth AI-enabled workflows and network development You will help define both: how AI is embedded into the product and how users adopt and derive value from it

Responsibilities

  • Drive Network Adoption
  • Increase activation, engagement, and repeat usage across the platform
  • Design and run rapid experiments to improve participation and retention
  • Build and Scale the Network
  • Grow a high-quality ecosystem of users and firms
  • Leverage DV’s existing network to drive early liquidity
  • Develop scalable onboarding and expansion playbooks
  • Shape Product + GTM
  • Help define positioning for a new category (network intelligence)
  • Work closely with product and engineering to iterate quickly
  • Partner with sales and client teams to embed into workflows
  • Lead AI Adoption (Product + Users)
  • Embed AI into the Product
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into: matching and recommendations discovery and search signal generation and insights
  • Work with product/engineering to bring these features to market
  • Drive AI Feature Adoption
  • Ensure users understand and actively use AI-powered capabilities
  • Design onboarding flows, prompts, and UX that make AI intuitive and valuable
  • Track and improve: AI feature usage repeat engagement outcome quality
  • Translate Activity into AI-Driven Intelligence
  • Help turn platform activity into structured signals using AI
  • Contribute to building intelligence outputs that users rely on
  • Leverage AI as a Core Operating Layer
  • Use AI tools daily to: accelerate research and execution generate and test GTM ideas automate workflows and content
  • Continuously experiment with new AI approaches to increase speed and output
