About The Position

Attention is the leading AI platform for sales teams. Our AI-powered sales assistant records and analyzes every customer touchpoint across meetings, emails, calls, and CRMs, then deploys AI agents that automate the busywork. Follow-ups, CRM updates, coaching scorecards, you name it. We help sales teams stop losing winnable deals to process and get back to selling.

Attention accelerates sales cycles, boosts rep productivity, and speeds up onboarding at companies like Lovable, Scale, Slice, and UnifyGTM. We're post product market fit having gone from $0 to $10M ARR in under two years and we’re just getting started.

We’re hiring our first Product Marketer to work directly with the VP of Growth. You’ll own how Attention shows up in the market: product launches, sales enablement, customer stories, social campaigns, all of it. This is a foundational, career-defining role. You’ll build the product marketing function from scratch, with the opportunity to grow a team as we scale.

You’re a sharp, creative marketer who’s equally comfortable writing positioning docs and jumping on calls with customers. You care about craft, move fast, and thrive in environments where you can take full ownership. No task is too small when it helps the company win.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, or you’ve built equivalent skills at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar).
• You’re hands-on and resourceful, comfortable shifting between crafting positioning frameworks and writing sales one-pagers yourself.
• You’re analytical and creative, able to blend market research and customer insights with strong storytelling.
• You move fast, seek clarity, and thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.
• You care about craft and impact, not just output. You take pride in doing great work, even on the small details.
• You’re curious and collaborative. You’re energized by talking to customers, learning from teammates across functions, and shaping messaging that drives revenue.
• You’re excited about building the product marketing foundation for a company that’s changing how sales teams work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience marketing to sales, revenue, or GTM teams.
• Familiarity with the sales tech landscape (conversational intelligence, CRM, sales engagement tools).
• Startup experience. You’ve built something from zero before.
• Strong design sensibility and experience working with creative tools or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Product launches: Own end-to-end go-to-market for new features and products, including positioning, messaging, launch plans, and cross-functional coordination with Product and Engineering.
• Sales enablement: Build the collateral that helps our sales team win: pitch decks, battle cards, demo scripts, one-pagers, and competitive intelligence.
• Customer storytelling: Turn customer conversations into case studies, testimonials, and use cases that show Attention’s impact and set us apart in the market.
• Content & campaigns: Create high-impact content (blog posts, social campaigns, webinars, videos) that educates our audience and drives pipeline.
• Product education: Develop materials that help customers and prospects get the most out of Attention’s platform, from onboarding guides to feature deep-dives.
• Market intelligence: Track the competitive landscape, run win/loss analysis, and use customer feedback to improve our positioning and inform the product roadmap.
• Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to keep messaging consistent and launches tight across every touchpoint.
