About The Position

We’re seeking a high-energy Product Marketing Associate to support go-to-market strategy, campaign execution, and messaging for MSCI’s Private Assets business—focusing on General Partners (GPs) across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate. You will help bring our Private Asset GP Solutions to market by coordinating global marketing initiatives, supporting launches, developing marketing content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and client engagement. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong execution skills, a passion for finance and technology, and a desire to grow their product marketing expertise within a fast-paced, global team.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the private investment industry, personas and use cases within GPs, and the competitive landscape of solutions
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or financial services—preferably with exposure to product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or private markets
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a collaborative mindset and a great eagerness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, globally connected team

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Airtable, Pardot, and Highspot is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of go-to-market and product marketing initiatives across Private Assets with respect to General Partner Solutions
  • Coordinate the development of campaign content, sales tools, and product materials (e.g., presentations, fact sheets, landing pages, training decks)
  • Contribute to messaging and positioning strategies that reflect client needs across private equity, credit, real estate, and infrastructure
  • Partner with global teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and event channels
  • Track campaign performance and support reporting to ensure effective execution and ROI
  • Maintain internal tools such as campaign trackers, content libraries, and enablement platforms (e.g., Airtable, Salesforce, Highspot)
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategy and drive product differentiation
