About The Position

Wayfair Professional is seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Product Marketer to help define, articulate, and amplify the value of our B2B offerings across large-project customers, key verticals, and the broader professional marketplace. This role is responsible for shaping how we position and go-to-market with our products, services, and solutions, ensuring our customers understand the “why,” not just the “what.”

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B marketing, or strategic marketing roles (experience in tech, CPG, or B2B preferred).
  • Strong ability to translate complex offerings into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Experience partnering with product, sales, or commercial teams.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex capabilities into compelling customer benefits, ensuring alignment with Brand on tone, visual identity, and long-term narrative.
  • Partner with customer insights lead to conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to inform product strategy, positioning, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Serve as the expert voice on customer needs, using insights to shape product direction and influence roadmap prioritization.
  • Support GTM planning and launch execution for new offerings and existing product enhancements.
  • Define launch timelines, messaging, customer value stories, and campaign positioning.
  • Standardize and scale processes for product launches, release communications, and ongoing optimization.
  • Monitor adoption trends and campaign performance to recommend improvements and inform future priorities.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing on channel strategy, campaign rollout, and amplification of key product stories through Sales Enablement.
  • Partner with Product teams throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring customer value is clearly communicated and reflected in roadmap decisions.
