About The Position

Product Marketing Manager - Where Your Impact Actually Matters About Practifi (The Real Story) Sure, we build financial technology solutions—but that's just what we do, not who we are. At Practifi, we build financial technology, but more importantly, we build a place where people enjoy working and genuinely care about each other. In a crowd of fintechs preaching culture, we actually live it—what you see in interviews is what you'll experience every day. You'll join a team that solves real problems for real people, together. The Opportunity (What This Role Really Means) We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution across our CRM platform and AI-powered capabilities, including Practifi Intelligence – our new AI assistant. This role sits at the intersection of product innovation and market impact, translating complex functionality into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with wealth management firms and financial advisors. This is a highly visible role responsible for shaping how our product is understood by the market, sold by our revenue teams, and adopted by customers. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to bridge the gap between what we build and how the world understands it. This isn't a role that exists in a silo. You'll talk to anyone you want, contribute to discussions across teams, and see how your work directly impacts our clients' success. Because when you can trace your daily tasks to real outcomes, work actually feels worthwhile. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will serve as a core owner of Practifi's product narrative. You'll have meaningful autonomy, influence over launch strategy, and direct exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Proven experience owning product positioning and go-to-market execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Sales teams
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Strong judgment, ownership mindset, and ability to influence without authority
  • US-based in Central or Eastern time zones (Chicago or Philadelphia preferred for occasional in-person collaboration)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing AI-driven or data-intensive products
  • Exposure to CRM platforms, financial services, or regulated industries
  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales motions

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve product positioning and messaging for core Practifi capabilities and Practifi Intelligence. This means developing clear value propositions that financial advisors actually understand and care about, not just feature lists.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches, feature releases, and major enhancements. You'll shape launch scope, sequencing, and narrative framing in partnership with Product, then drive execution through cross-functional coordination.
  • Develop high-impact sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, FAQs, and competitive positioning. These materials need to address real buyer objections and fit actual sales motion realities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing insights from sales, customer success, support, and user research. Translate customer feedback into actionable messaging improvements and product marketing strategies.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $100,000 - $130,000 based on experience (yes, we're transparent about pay)
  • Performance-based bonus potential
  • 20 days paid vacation, 10 days paid sick, 3 paid personal days, 3 paid volunteering days (all annual from day one)
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Annual Learnbucks for continued education
  • Real Work-Life Integration: Not just a buzzword—we actually mean it with flexibility
  • Bi-annual Summits: Chicago gatherings for connection, collaboration, and yes, celebration (trust falls optional)
  • Internal Celebrations: We celebrate big and small wins in Slack and IRL
