About The Position

As our Product Marketing Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Noetica is positioned and perceived in the market. You’ll partner closely with product, sales, customer success, and the broader marketing team to drive awareness, accelerate new sales growth, and strengthen client adoption and advocacy. From crafting compelling messaging to launching innovative solutions , you’ll be at the center of how we connect with our audience and elevate our brand. You will be a product subject matter expert and a chief storyteller , articulating clear , differentiated value proposition s back ed by strong competitive insights. You will also be an industry expert possessing a deep understanding of the AI legal market , M&A practice and our target personas . About the Role A s a Product Marketing Manager , you will: Develop a deep understanding of Noetica and how it fits into the broader product portfolio for M&A attorneys , target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape to inform go-to-market strategies. E xecute integrated product marketing plans that align messaging, campaigns, content and go-to-market activities across channels to drive awareness, adoption and growth. Craft clear, compelling and differentiated messaging t hat resonates with target audiences and highlights our product’s value. Partner closely with customer success and sales to identify happy customers and turn them into advocates through testimonials, case studies and references. Create high-impact marketing assets , such a s product brochures, sales enablement materials , customer case studies and videos , to support each stage of the buyer’s journey. Act as the marketing launch linchpin that galvanizes internal support across all disciplines and drives de mand for new innovations. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, agility, strong prioritiz ation , and customer obsession are essential for success.

Requirements

  • A b achelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
  • 3 + years of relevant B2B product marketing experience.
  • Experience with product positioning, messaging development and storytelling.
  • A track record of being results-oriented and build ing effective cross-functional relationships through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functional ly, align on goal s (such as product or feature launch es ) and ensure coordination throughout the process .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Knowledge of or e xperience in SaaS , legal software or related industries strongly preferred but not
