About The Position

At Ocrolus, we help lenders make smarter, faster decisions by turning documents and data into clean, trusted insight on borrower financial health. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for our Mortgage solutions. You’ll shape how we tell our story, bring new solutions to market, and empower teams to win and retain customers. This role is a great fit for an AI-driven marketer who can bridge strategy and execution, influence buying decisions in complex sales cycles, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, including 3+ years in a product marketing role
  • Experience in mortgage, fintech, lending, or financial services
  • Strong go-to-market experience with proven success supporting launches and adoption
  • Brings an informed POV on how AI will transform go-to-market functions—and knows how to stay ahead of the curve
  • Use AI not just as a productivity booster, but as a strategic advantage
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—both strategic and tactical

  • Bonus: background in market research, competitive intelligence, or customer marketing

Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Plan and drive product and feature launches, aligning internal stakeholders and ensuring readiness across sales, marketing, product, and account management. Own timelines, messaging, and deliverables for high-impact releases.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop and evolve clear, differentiated messaging for mortgage lenders. Align product positioning to real-world customer challenges and market dynamics.
  • Sales & Solutions Enablement: Create content and tools, including decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies and more to help sales and account management teams articulate our value. Deliver training and guidance to ensure consistent, confident product narratives across the company.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Gather intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and market trends. Use these insights to inform product strategy, marketing campaigns, and positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, sales and account management teams to support integrated marketing and growth initiatives. Contribute to thought leadership and awareness efforts.
