About The Position

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness and adoption of Level Access as the leading Digital Accessibility Platform for global SMB, Enterprise, and Public Sector markets. In this role, you will lead go-to-market strategies for specific offerings within our product and services portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated positioning, impactful messaging, and revenue-driving programs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS product marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with developer or design tools, APIs, or platforms.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX or digital accessibility.
  • Experience with AI-native or agentic AI offerings.
  • Background in leveraging AI tools in product marketing and GTM processes.

Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for assigned offerings, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging. Partner with Product Management and Revenue Operations to define KPIs and ensure successful launches.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct research on target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and commercial teams.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Own the development of compelling value propositions and messaging aligned with corporate brand standards.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Enablement to create tools, training, and resources that equip sales teams to effectively communicate value and close deals.
  • Customer Intelligence: Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, prospects, and internal teams to maintain buyer personas and customer journey maps.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact. Recommend strategies to improve product positioning and customer growth.
