Requirements

5+ years of experience in lifecycle or product marketing, preferably in fintech.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and behavioral targeting.
Proven experience in developing and executing A/B tests and experiments.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions quickly.
Experience with reporting tools and translating data into actionable insights.
A proactive mindset and deep passion for improving customer experience.

Responsibilities

Designing and optimizing omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Driving customer activation, engagement, retention, referrals, and cross-sell efforts.
Owning the engagement marketing roadmap to prioritize initiatives based on impact.
Leading A/B testing strategies to optimize content and audience segmentation.
Developing cross-functional partnerships with Product, Analytics, and other teams.
Monitoring performance and uncovering insights to refine marketing strategies.
Identifying friction points in the customer journey and proposing improvements.
Managing content and messaging strategies aligned with business objectives.
Tracking and reporting on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
