The Product Marketing Manager drives the market, positioning, and messaging for Outseer products and solutions. drive the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our products. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing and is responsible for ensuring our products resonate with target customers, are clearly differentiated in the market, and are successfully launched and adopted. Must have proven success in creating positioning, messaging, content, and marketing plans for enterprise software with complex sales cycles and enabling enterprise sales teams to achieve their revenue goals. Experience marketing software products in Fraud and Banking Domain will be an advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or other relevant degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related roles
  • Proven experience owning product positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environments
  • Familiarity with customer research methodologies and competitive intelligence
  • Experience supporting sales enablement and revenue teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing software products in Fraud and Banking Domain will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks aligned to target personas and customer needs
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-centric narratives
  • Maintain consistent messaging across all customer-facing channels
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
  • Own and execute end-to-end go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature releases, and updates
  • Partner with Product Management to align on roadmap priorities and launch timing
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure successful launches
  • Market & Customer Insights
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product strategy and messaging
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally
  • Sales & Customer Enablement
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, product one-pagers, FAQs, and demos
  • Train Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams on product value, positioning, and competitive differentiation
  • Turn expert input, product information, and strategy into high-quality customer-facing and sales enablement assets
  • Content & Campaign Collaboration
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Content to inform campaigns, product content, and thought leadership
  • Transform source content into clear, compelling materials that support go-to-market activities, product launches, and ongoing sales efforts
  • Contribute to website messaging, product pages, case studies, and launch materials
  • Ensure product narratives align with broader brand strategy
  • Performance Measurement
  • Define and track success metrics for launches and ongoing product adoption
  • Analyze performance and gather feedback to continuously improve messaging and go-to-market effectiveness
