About The Position

As Smartly expands its AI Orchestration capabilities across Creative, Media, and Intelligence, and deepens platform integrations across social, CTV, and the open web, we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution across key product initiatives. You’ll partner closely with Product, GTM, and Customer teams to shape messaging, enablement, and launches that drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for a strong owner and executor who enjoys working deeply with Product, navigating ambiguity, and driving high-quality launches in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience, including 5+ years in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech.
  • Strong product fluency and ability to master sophisticated advertising workflows and platform ecosystems.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional launches with measurable adoption or revenue impact.
  • Comfort working closely with Product teams in discovery and roadmap conversations.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect product capabilities to customer value and monetization.
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
  • High ownership and ability to independently drive multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market execution
  • Lead launches for new platform integrations, Media capabilities, and cross-suite initiatives, partnering closely with Product, Design, and GTM teams
  • Act as the primary PMM partner for Product
  • Participate in product discovery, roadmap planning, and positioning discussions to ensure strong market fit and commercial clarity from early stages through launch
  • Drive measurable adoption and monetization impact
  • Partner with Commercial and Product to define adoption and revenue goals for launches, track post-launch performance signals, and drive follow-through to accelerate impact
  • Translate product innovation into clear market value
  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging that connects Smartly’s Media capabilities with Creative and automation workflows, reinforcing our differentiated AI Orchestration vision.
  • Own product messaging and roadmap communication
  • Raise the bar on clarity and quality of product storytelling across roadmap presentations, launch materials, and customer communications, ensuring sophisticated innovation is articulated with precision and commercial relevance.
  • Lead launch readiness and enablement
  • Deliver high-quality customer-facing and sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, decks, solution overviews, FAQs, release communications, and internal training assets.
  • Close the field-to-product feedback loop
  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product to translate field insights into competitive positioning, improved enablement, and actionable roadmap feedback.
  • Contribute to commercialization strategy
  • Support packaging, positioning, and activation strategy for new platform capabilities to ensure strong market adoption in competitive and evolving ecosystems.
