About The Position

We Care. We Act. We Innovate. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us on a fixed‑term parental leave contract (until 31 March 2027). In this role, you’ll bring energy, insight and leadership to our B2C product range—coffee, machines and accessories. You’ll take global ideas and turn them into strong, exciting plans for the Australian market. You’ll help shape how Australians see, discover and enjoy Nespresso. And you’ll make sure our launches land smoothly and meaningfully. This role is based in Rhodes, NSW, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related commercial field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Product and/or Brand Management in organisations known for strong brands.
  • Proven experience leading complex projects and influencing stakeholders.
  • A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to think big and deliver with excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our full B2C product portfolio, shaping the strategy and lifecycle of coffee, machines and accessories.
  • Drive commercial results, using data, insight and market trends to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Partner across the business—Supply Chain, Insights & Data, Sales and Marketing—to forecast, plan and deliver great launches.
  • Champion coffee knowledge and bring new ideas to help us stay ahead and inspire customers.
  • Build and coach a high‑performing team, creating a safe, positive and energised culture across ANZ.
