Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing with at least 3 years of experience in B2B Communications and Marketing and 2 years of experience in managing people.
  • Prior experience in managing direct reports preferred.
  • Proven success in successful product launches that drive business growth.
  • Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and tools with a focus on Channel Marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends .
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interface effectively with executive management.
  • Sharp negotiation and influencing, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to pivot when changes occur rapidly.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage complexity and urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Desire to grow professionally through ongoing education.
  • BA in Marketing or related field, MBA or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyse market data to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Business Innovation Roadmap Identify with surgical precision insights that, once acted upon, inform the business innovation roadmap, and drive positive business outcomes in the years to come.
  • Work with Office Print Business partners to support the insight to offering feature translation in preparation of the next 5 years product roadmap strategy.
  • Customer Insights Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer personas and pain points.
  • Portfolio and Product Positioning and Messaging Develop clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Craft and communicate product stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • Sales Enablement Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively selling the product.
  • Conduct product training sessions and provide ongoing support to the sales team.
  • Business Reviews Partner with the Head of Office Print Marketing and peers to define the communications governance.
  • Participate in recurrent business and marketing reviews by suggesting agenda topics, preparing narratives, and presenting during the meetings.
  • Team leadership Manage a team of 5-15 senior individual contributors.
  • Ensure robust succession planning.
  • Support individual growth and learning plans for all team members.
  • Budget management Manage budget with accuracy and in alignment with applicable company policies.
  • Engage GTM, Data Analytics teams and Planning and Operations Lead to define performance metrics.
  • Align with business and commercial partners on how to show incremental impact to business driven by marketing execution.
