About The Position

The Microsoft 365 Consumer Marketing Team is looking for a AI savvy product marketer manager to lead end-to-end marketing for Outlook. Outlook is Microsoft’s email platform trusted by millions of people worldwide as their essential tool for staying connected, organized, and productive. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and enthusiasm for driving AI adoption in consumer products.
  • Background in consumer freemium software or services (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for Outlook, collaborating with engineering, integrated marketing, and business planning teams.
  • Partner closely with engineering to understand product direction, influence feature prioritization, and ensure marketing plans align with product capabilities.
  • Define and communicate compelling value propositions for Outlook, leveraging AI capabilities to drive user engagement and tell impactful stories.
  • Analyze user data and acquisition motions to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing tactics.
  • Lead outbound messaging for Outlook as both a stand-alone app and part of the Microsoft 365 suite, partnering with copywriters to bring messaging to life.
  • Utilize innovative digital marketing tactics to generate awareness, advocacy, and acquisition of new users, including building partnerships to amplify reach.
  • Support key feature releases and launch moments, with a focus on AI-powered experiences.
  • Design and execute tests and programs to drive growth, continuously seeking optimization and new opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure success and inform future strategy.
