About The Position

At Lytx, Product Marketing Managers play a critical role in translating innovation into impact. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to bring industry-leading solutions to market—solutions that help create a world where every journey ends with a safe return. Guided by our belief that safety is core, data informs, and video transforms , we turn insights into meaningful action—helping our clients improve safety, efficiency, and financial performance. This Product Marketing Manager will support the go-to-market strategy for Lytx’s most innovative safety products, including the DriveCam Driver Safety Program, and Lytx Lab initiatives. You’ll play a key role in launching net-new functionality that enhances our flagship product and supports next-gen capabilities that push the boundaries of what’s possible in video telematics, AI, and data-driven safety. This is an exciting opportunity for a product marketer who is energized by working on the cutting edge of technology and thrives at turning complex technical concepts into simple, differentiated value for the market.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, hardware, connected vehicle tech, or telematics
  • A passion for technology and an ability to distill complex systems into human-centered value
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and launching high-impact products
  • Confidence presenting to internal and external audiences—including sales teams, executives, and clients
  • Strong storytelling skills—both strategic and technical
  • Curiosity for emerging trends in AI, machine vision, edge computing, and the connected fleet ecosystem
  • A detail-oriented mindset and high standards for deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Lead Launches for Net-New Innovation: Drive the go-to-market process for groundbreaking features and product advancements across the DriveCam® Driver Safety Program and Lytx Lab portfolio.
  • Bridge the Gap Between Technical and Market: Translate advanced AI, machine vision, and edge computing innovations into simple, high-impact messaging that resonates with buyers and fleet decision-makers.
  • Tell the Story of the Future: Create forward-looking messaging frameworks that not only capture current value but also build excitement around future product capabilities and market leadership.
  • Develop High-Quality Content: Work with the Creative and Campaigns teams to develop compelling, market-facing assets—including launch decks, product videos, technical blog posts, and internal playbooks.
  • Act as Voice of the Customer: Participate in client conversations, listen to Gong calls, and help define personas that guide both messaging and product development.
  • Amplify Product Announcements: Partner with PR and Corporate Comms to position new launches, beta innovations, and Vision/Lab advancements with high-visibility announcements and thought leadership content.
  • Support Sales Enablement: Build toolkits—including pitch decks, messaging briefs, objection handlers, and product guides—that make it easier for GTM teams to confidently position new and advanced solutions.
  • Contribute to Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with demand generation to influence campaign themes and ensure product value is embedded throughout the buyer journey.
  • Understand the Market and Competitive Landscape: Stay up to speed on the latest trends in AI, safety, IoT, and fleet tech. Deliver insights that influence our roadmap and keep our positioning sharp.
  • Represent Lytx at Key Events: Attend Protect (our user group conference), tradeshows, and field events to showcase innovation and connect with customers and prospects directly.
