About The Position

SmartVault is a cloud-based document management and file-sharing solution for small-to-medium-sized businesses, professional accountants, and bookkeepers. In 2017, SmartVault became part of the GetBusy Group, which is AIM-listed and currently trading on the London Stock Exchange. SmartVault operates as a wholly owned subsidiary in the US, and we are part of a much larger global team with expanded products serving the US, UK, and Australia/New Zealand markets. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help scale and execute SmartVault’s product marketing strategy. This role reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing and works closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Marketing. You will be responsible for executing and refining messaging, positioning, launches, and enablement programs that are already defined at the strategic level, while also contributing insights and recommendations based on customer, market, and performance data. This is a high-impact individual contributor role designed for a strong mid-level PMM who wants meaningful ownership, visibility, and mentorship while helping scale a growing SaaS business.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 2–4 years in Product Marketing or a closely related role.
  • Hands-on experience executing messaging, positioning, product launches, and enablement programs.
  • Proven ability to create sales and partner enablement assets such as decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to evaluate adoption, performance, and impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable prioritizing and adapting in a growing SaaS environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services firms.
  • Familiarity with accounting or practice-management technology ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting integrations, co-selling motions, or partner-led GTM.
  • Exposure to PLG or hybrid PLG + sales-led growth models.
