About The Position

This role is designed for a strategic and hands-on product marketer who thrives at the intersection of technology, security, and customer impact. You will own the go-to-market success for a cutting-edge identity platform, shaping messaging, positioning, and differentiation across CIAM, identity verification, orchestration, and fraud prevention solutions. Working closely with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and other teams, you will translate technical innovation into compelling narratives, enablement materials, and field-ready resources. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise technical buyers, support analyst relations, and help drive adoption in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will also gather customer and market feedback to refine positioning and guide strategic roadmap decisions, all while contributing to a culture of innovation and impact.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, platform technical marketing, product marketing, or product management.
  • Strong expertise in storytelling, messaging, technical narrative development, and architecting demo experiences for technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence technical buyers, including CISOs, security architects, and global identity/fraud leaders.
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Field teams with a bias toward ownership and execution.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute GTM strategy, messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation for the identity platform.
  • Develop buyer-focused assets, including data sheets, technical comparisons, FAQs, and enablement materials for CISOs, security architects, and product leaders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to build use cases, demo narratives, technical content, and field enablement programs.
  • Support analyst relations, including submissions to Gartner, Forrester, and thought-leadership contributions.
  • Deliver webinars, conference talks, demos, and support technical evaluations and POCs for customers and internal teams.
  • Collect customer and field feedback to continuously refine product positioning, messaging, and GTM alignment with market needs.
