About The Position

The Product Marketing Manager – Equipment owns the end-to-end product roadmap, commercialization, advocacy, and lifecycle management of Ecolab’s liquid cooling equipment portfolio within the Data Centers segment. This role serves as the business owner of the equipment offering set, accountable for both current and future offerings, and acts as a recognized industry subject-matter leader supporting strategic sales opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product ownership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with capital equipment or industrial solutions preferred
  • Experience with Data Center market preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the equipment product roadmap including current offerings, future enhancements, and end-of-life decisions
  • Define equipment offering architecture, tiering, and configurations
  • Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into roadmap inputs
  • Act as an industry-facing equipment evangelist in customer and industry engagements
  • Lead launch readiness and go-to-market execution
  • Support strategic and late-stage sales opportunities
  • Create and maintain sales enablement tools
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure commercial and operational readiness
