About The Position

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how advanced trading products are positioned, launched, and adopted by highly engaged traders. You will operate at the intersection of product, growth, and go-to-market strategy, transforming complex capabilities into compelling narratives. Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in product marketing or related roles within high-growth technology environments.
  • Hands-on active trading experience, with strong understanding of markets, instruments, strategies, and trader behavior.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive adoption, engagement, and growth.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into action.
  • Fluency with modern AI tools that improve productivity and inform strategy.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and trader relevance across all materials.
  • Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Growth mindset with a challenger mentality and continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for active trader products, owning execution from positioning and messaging to launch and post-launch analysis.
  • Translate deep trader insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into clear narratives, campaigns, and content.
  • Partner closely with Product, Growth, Sales, Brand, UX, and Data teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality delivery across initiatives.
  • Drive top-of-funnel growth by supporting acquisition strategies, incentive frameworks, and GTM storytelling aligned with measurable outcomes.
  • Advocate for trader needs by leveraging personal trading experience, research, and internal data to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Design and run experiments to test new ideas, optimize performance, and inform larger strategic bets.
  • Monitor the trading ecosystem, regulatory landscape, and emerging technologies to keep offerings competitive and relevant.
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance insights, streamline workflows, and amplify the impact of marketing efforts.
