As the creative force behind our product marketing messaging, you’ll help shape how millions experience the next generation of productivity. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deeply understand our platform and translate complex features into clear, catchy, and hyper-relevant copy. You’ll also lead the charge in leveraging AI—creating, managing, and continuously improving Super Agents that help our team write and work smarter. Your words will not only pass the CEO bar, but delight the entire product marketing team and set a new standard for SaaS storytelling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience writing high-performing copy for SaaS, tech, or product marketing (portfolio required)
  • Deep understanding of software and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated excitement and confidence in leveraging AI to enhance writing and workflows
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Creative, hungry, and always pushing for the next level of excellence

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or managing AI-driven tools, agents, or automations is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Craft exceptional copy for product launches, feature announcements, pricing updates, and campaigns across all channels (web, email, in-app, social, and more)
  • Develop narratives that make ClickUp’s technical innovations accessible and irresistible to users
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to align messaging with releases and strategic priorities
  • Build and maintain AI-powered writing tools and Super Agents that elevate the team’s output
  • Stay ahead of B2B copywriting trends and bring fresh, market-leading ideas to every project
  • Analyze content performance and iterate to maximize impact
