About The Position

Science 37 accelerates clinical research by expanding patient access to trials, leading to faster approvals and better health outcomes for all. Our solutions empower life sciences companies to reach diverse populations beyond traditional means of conducting clinical research. The Marketing Copywriter is a key contributor within the Marketing team, responsible for developing clear, accurate, and compelling written content that communicates Science 37’s services and value proposition that resonates with clinical trial sponsors, research sites, patients, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic and detail-oriented writer who excels at the intersection of science, healthcare, and brand storytelling. The Marketing Copywriter will collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing initiatives across multiple channels, maintain brand voice and consistency, and help position Science 37 as a leader in modern clinical research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing.
  • 3+ years of professional copywriting experience (healthcare, life sciences, or B2B preferred).
  • Experience writing for digital channels, including websites, social media, and email.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Impeccable grammar and writing style
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly, both orally and in writing.
  • Computer skills - Working knowledge of MS Office suite and Google applications. Able to generate business correspondence, create forms and generate reports as required. Proficiency with MS PowerPoint required.
  • Knowledge of field organizational strategies - The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. Successful decentralized team management and situational responsive decision-making.
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical research - Understands the drug development process. Knowledgeable about the critical elements for success in clinical trials; participation in and contribution to these activities.
  • Team management and collaborative capabilities – Commitment to collaboration, within and across departments. Leverages each team member’s unique background and perspective to achieve team goals while providing clear direction and accountabilities.
  • Interpersonal Savvy - Understands interpersonal and group dynamics and reacts in an effective and tactful manner. Has a range of interpersonal skills and approaches with ability to select a best-fit approach.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit clear, engaging copy across channels, including:
  • Website pages that explain Science 37’s services and solutions
  • Social media (especially LinkedIn)
  • Email campaigns and nurture content
  • Sales and marketing collateral
  • Press releases and announcements
  • Translate complex clinical research, decentralized trials, and healthcare topics into accessible, sponsor-and patient-friendly messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Science 37’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives by developing compelling narratives around innovation, access, and patient experience.
  • Maintain and evolve Science 37’s brand voice—confident, credible, human, and patient-first.
  • Edit and refine copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact across all touchpoints.
