Inside the Role The Creative Service Portfolio Marketing Coordinator on the Service Portfolio Marketing and Enablement team within the Fleet Services Group (FSG) plays a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the service marketing presence of FSG. This position focuses on expanding and enhancing the FSG Digital Playbook, collaborating closely with product management teams to develop compelling product marketing content, and creating clear, impactful communications and copy for handoff to the integrated marketing team and internal partners for review. The coordinator will own the audit and maturation of FSG marketing documentation and collateral, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards. Additionally, this individual will partner with product marketing managers to further develop awareness campaign strategies for dealerships, supporting initiatives that drive engagement and growth. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and strategic projects that advance FSG’s market presence. We Take Care of Our Team What You Drive at DTNA: Expand and enhance the Fleet Services Group Digital Playbook to ensure it remains a dynamic and comprehensive resource. Collaborate with product management teams to develop and refine product marketing content that supports FSG priorities. Create and produce communications and copy for dealer and internal audiences, ensuring readiness for integrated marketing execution. Own the audit and maturation of marketing documentation and collateral, partnering with stakeholders to standardize and improve materials. Support and shape the services awareness campaign strategy focused on dealers and end customers in partnership with product marketing managers. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and shape marketing strategies. Provide project management and coordination for product launches, special projects, marketing programs, and customer interactions. Knowledge You Should Bring: Bachelor’s degree and some experience working in a marketing environment OR six years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a high level of attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills. Must have strong communications skills and be able to collaborate with internal and external partners. Have the aptitude to learn new creative systems to support Service Marketing content. Must have completed an internship at DTNA. Exceptional Candidates Might Have: Trucking knowledge.
