About The Position

This role is HYBRID 3 days a week on-site to any local UL office in the US. Work with business owners to define the global product marketing strategy and drive the execution for UL Solutions leading material search engine Prospector and certification search engine Product iQ to acquire new users and stimulate incremental usage by targeting R&D, formulation, product developers and engineer professionals across targeted industries.

Requirements

  • Generally, four years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency.
  • Effective skills and experience in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Strong understanding of critical digital and nondigital B2B channels
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong project planning and management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and optimization strategies.
  • Business acumen.
  • Strong interviewing skills.
  • Budget tracking.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Able to understand technical and scientific issues and to translate complex information for nonscientific audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing and/or using a wide array of internal communication tools.

Responsibilities

  • Executes global Product Marketing strategy.
  • Tracks marketing investments and results for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborates with business, product and sales to understand the competitive landscape and drive demand in line with business goals.
  • Executes user acquisition and retention campaigns to drive business growth (25%).
  • Supports market and trend research efforts to identify new opportunities and ensure products and messages are properly targeted.
  • Gathers insights to influence business decisions and shape Product Marketing strategy (20%).
  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations, to craft compelling content to drive product awareness and purchase (25%).

  • Partners with sales to foster a continuous feedback loop (20%).
  • Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required.

  • This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary.
