As a member of the Disney Experiences Tech & Digital Experience Access team, you will provide product leadership for digital products and platforms that shape how Guests discover, access, and experience our attractions and offerings. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and Guest experience, helping translate complex access strategies into intuitive, scalable digital solutions. You will own and define product requirements for new features and capabilities, partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, go‑to‑market execution, and ongoing support. Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Product Management, you will help execute the feature roadmap, solve complex problems with creative solutions, and ensure our products are successfully delivered, adopted, and operationally supported. This role requires not only building strong digital products, but also supporting go‑to‑market efforts, including readiness planning, operational enablement, and product training for Cast Members who support our Guests every day. This role is a project hire with an end date of 12/31/2027
