The Job: As a Product Manager , you’ll be part of a team working as a hybrid employee. Product Management oversees product lifecycles, aligning with customer needs and business goals. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, stakeholder engagement, resource & financial management, and project leadership. Success depends on strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • End-User & Stakeholder Engagement: Gather and analyze customer feedback and ensure product requirements and improvements are prioritized. Increase on-site user observation for strategic roadmaps. Identify innovation opportunities through user engagement and social media analysis. Monitor user behavior and interaction through our Tool Connect™ system and connected batteries, analyze and report on usage trends, and identify opportunities for future telemetry solutions and products. Build relationships with stakeholders, support customer meetings and presentations, and turn consumer insights into actionable programs.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking for power tool battery systems, maintaining a keen awareness of industry trends and integrating insights into product launches. Support market functions for assigned product lines. Lead the conception and execution of the new identity for our high-power flagship platform, ensuring purposeful and enhanced communication across all touchpoints—including product, technical materials, point-of-purchase displays, digital assets, and end-user interactions.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Support product strategy and execution for power tool batteries, collaborating with global teams throughout the product lifecycle. Contribute to new product development, quality initiatives, and promotional programs. Coordinate the heavy-duty battery platform for concrete equipment and commercial outdoor tools, analyze market trends, and support the System leadership team to drive growth through innovative products and solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to drive product development and launches, while supporting channel and sales strategy alignment.
  • Training & Adaptability: Provide product training, lead peers through change, and respond to shifting priorities.
  • Financial Planning & Performance Tracking: Develop business cases, set pricing, monitor product performance, and manage P&L for assigned lines.
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • Effective cross-functional skills and communication
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good written/verbal communication, presentation skills, and ability to apply end-user insights and influence others.
  • Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, logical thinker, and proactive problem solver.
  • Product knowledge, PPT & OPE market understanding, Microsoft Office/Power BI, SAP/BW, Metastorm, Windchill, Qlik
  • Willingness to travel 2–3 days per month.
