About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving product strategy and execution for financial and ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration and reporting across platforms.

Requirements

Experience with ERP financials and customer experience modules
Proficiency in payment services and data flow management
Background in financial accounting and reporting
Familiarity with retail or restaurant industry operations
Strong technical skills in Oracle ERP, EPM, EPBCS
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage projects in Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

Lead product management for Oracle ERP, EPM, and EPBCS systems
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards
Drive analytical processes for weighted ERP reporting, global mix policy, and data integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira and Confluence
Manage and optimize data flows between systems
Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards
Support payment services and related integrations
Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
