About The Position

We are seeking a Product Manager for a 6 month contract assignment to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise restaurant software platforms. This role requires a balance of customer empathy, technical depth, and operational rigor to drive scalable innovation across brands, markets, and user groups. Product Strategy & Roadmap Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact enterprise software Define product strategy and partner closely with engineering and operations to build scalable platforms Ensure solutions support multiple brands, markets, and operational models Product execution and delivery Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and release plans Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for B2B features Partner with technical leads to scope work, manage trade-offs, and deliver on time Track KPIs and usage analytics to measure success and inform iteration Stakeholder collaboration and communication Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners including brand leaders, operations, legal, and finance Represent customer and business needs in Agile ceremonies Lead quarterly planning and product reviews to ensure transparency and alignment Partner with enablement and support teams to drive successful go-to-market execution Customer and market understanding Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions Balance enterprise customization needs with platform scalability and maintainability Advocate for long-term platform health while meeting near-term business needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or platform technology
  • Proven experience managing multiple product areas and scaling solutions across diverse users
  • Strong background leading Agile, cross-functional product teams
  • Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and make informed trade-offs
  • Track record of delivering impactful, user-focused enterprise products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
