This role requires a balance of customer empathy, technical depth, and operational rigor to drive scalable innovation across brands, markets, and user groups.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or platform technology
  • Proven experience managing multiple product areas and scaling solutions across diverse users
  • Strong background leading Agile, cross-functional product teams
  • Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and make informed trade-offs
  • Track record of delivering impactful, user-focused enterprise products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • MBA or technical degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact enterprise software
  • Define product strategy and partner closely with engineering and operations to build scalable platforms
  • Ensure solutions support multiple brands, markets, and operational models
  • Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and release plans
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for B2B features
  • Partner with technical leads to scope work, manage trade-offs, and deliver on time
  • Track KPIs and usage analytics to measure success and inform iteration
  • Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners including brand leaders, operations, legal, and finance
  • Represent customer and business needs in Agile ceremonies
  • Lead quarterly planning and product reviews to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Partner with enablement and support teams to drive successful go-to-market execution
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions
  • Balance enterprise customization needs with platform scalability and maintainability
  • Advocate for long-term platform health while meeting near-term business needs
