As a Product Manager in our Digital department, you'll sit at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and technology — shaping the roadmap, leading discovery, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that create measurable value. How You Will Make an Impact Own the product vision and strategy, translating business goals and customer needs into a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap that drives measurable value Lead ongoing discovery efforts — including customer interviews, journey mapping, and hypothesis validation — to uncover high-impact problems worth solving Partner closely with Product Champions, Delivery Management, and Development to align priorities, define sprint goals, and ensure backlog readiness Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications that guide development and data teams toward clear, well-defined outcomes Champion the voice of the customer across the organization, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real user needs and market insight Use data, metrics, and qualitative feedback to drive decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve the product Lead product demos, testing sessions, and sprint reviews to validate features and engage stakeholders Support go-to-market planning and cross-functional readiness for product launches, and monitor post-launch performance to ensure value realization What You Will Need to Succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Centered Design, or a related field 2+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or software product ownership roles Demonstrated experience leading product discovery efforts including customer interviews, journey mapping, hypothesis validation, and rapid experimentation Proven ability to translate customer needs and business strategies into clear product requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes Experience owning a product roadmap, including prioritization across customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility Strong analytical skills with experience using data, metrics, and qualitative insights to inform product decisions and measure results Solid understanding of Agile product development practices, with experience partnering closely with Delivery, Engineering, and UX Comfortable presenting product direction, trade-offs, and outcomes to executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-alignment skills with the ability to simplify complexity and guide teams toward clarity and focus Join Us Your role at M3 won’t be about the boundaries presented in a job description – it’s about the possibilities that you can envision once you walk through the doors on your first day. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Centered Design, or a related field
