About The Position

At Loenbro, we simplify the complex to give our clients clarity and control. As a Product Manager, you will be the primary architect of change for our field operations. You won’t just be managing software; you will be "standing up" the critical processes and systems that empower our crews to deliver excellence. You will own the lifecycle of new initiatives from the first conversation with a field team to the final rollout across our national footprint. Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in self-perform heavy construction industry (mission critical and industrial) developing process improvements in the field using technology, ideally within the construction, industrial, or energy sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science. An MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Technical Savvy: Experience working with various data sets, like ERP systems (e.g., Vista Viewpoint), field-ticketing software, or custom-built operational tools, and adopting them to meet the needs of end users either through formal IT processes or leveraging available toolsets like, macro-enabled Excel and Office products, PowerBI, AI app development, SQL, or any other mobile or web enabled toolset.
  • The "Loenbro" Fit: You must possess a high degree of Urgency and Integrity. You should be as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on a job site in high-vis gear.
  • Communication: Ability to translate "tech-speak" into "field-speak" and vice versa.

Nice To Haves

  • An MBA or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Requirement Harvesting: Partner with operations leaders and field supervisors to identify pain points and define the "future state" of our field-facing processes.
  • Technical Translation: Convert operational needs into clear, actionable development specs and user stories for internal IT teams or third-party consultants.
  • Development Orchestration: Act as the central point of contact for developers and consultants, ensuring technical builds align with the original operational vision and stay on schedule.
  • Quality & Testing: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You are the final gatekeeper, ensuring every system is "field-ready" and rugged enough for our environment.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop high-impact training materials, manuals, and SOPs. You don’t just explain how a button works; you explain why the process matters to the business.
  • Rollout Management: Lead the physical and digital rollout of new systems. You will be on the ground during critical phases to troubleshoot and ensure adoption.
  • Strategic Communication: Keep the organization informed. You will provide regular updates to senior leadership on project health and communicate "wins" and changes to the entire workforce.
  • Post-Implementation Hypercare: Provide dedicated operational support and troubleshooting following rollouts, serving as the primary point of contact to refine workflows and ensure full system stabilization before transitioning to long-term maintenance.
