As a Product Manager on the Commerce “Upgrade and Retain (Mobile)” Product team, the role involves envisioning, defining, designing, developing, testing, and launching mobile app experiences to increase subscription revenue and prevent voluntary churn. This requires a focus on mobile app unique traits, critical examination of usage data, rigorous experimentation, and collaboration with various teams to inspire innovation and drive alignment.
