About The Position

The Product Manager role is a critical member of TaxConnex’s Product and Technology Services team and is a major contributor to the company’s success. This role oversees the development, documentation, and support of company products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in documenting complex technical products.
  • Familiarity with customer support processes and tools.
  • A strong “client -first” mentality
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and desire characterized by personal initiative and deep commitment
  • Willing to roll -up their sleeves and do what is necessary to grow and delight clients
  • Proactive with a high sense of urgency and responsiveness

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end -to -end product requirements lifecycle, from ideation to launch
  • Collaborate with cross -functional teams to define and document product requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure that products align with the company's strategic goals and meet user/customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive products.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user -acceptance testing.
  • Validate data accuracy, workflows, system performance, and end -to -end functionality.
  • Document defects clearly and thoroughly and track resolution
  • Track and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and release readiness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Develop comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes.
  • Work closely with technical writers to create clear and user -friendly documentation.
  • Maintain documentation to reflect product updates and changes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for support escalations related to the product.
  • Collaborate with the support team to address and resolve product -related issues in a timely manner.
  • Gather feedback from support interactions to inform product improvements.
  • Perform additional duties or ad -hoc projects as assigned by the manager
