You’ll sit at the intersection of customers, engineering, and the business—turning real-world needs into clear product direction, shaping roadmaps, and enabling high-impact launches that drive value in the market. This role is part of the Marketing team and will be hybrid in Hemet, CA or Loveland, CO OR remote in the US territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related commercial role, with experience supporting new product introductions and lifecycle management activities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Exposure to hardware product development, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time

  • Knowledge of municipal drinking/wastewater and/or industrial market

Responsibilities

  • Supporting assigned hardware product lines across the full product lifecycle, from roadmap planning through launch and optimization.
  • Translating Voice of Customer (VoC) insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Partnering with R&D and Operations to support development, testing, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Leading new product introductions and supporting commercial launch excellence.
  • Monitoring product performance, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, pricing, and collateral.
  • Conducting competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and risks.
