Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) products or services.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory, MFA, SSO).
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Auth0).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and their practical application in an enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of best practices in data stewardship, data classification, and data privacy regulations.
  • Experience with enterprise-level SaaS products.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the IAM Vision: Define and drive a high-impact product roadmap that aligns security best practices with a frictionless user experience.
  • Architect Data Governance: Collaborate with data governance teams to integrate IAM strategies with data classification, acting as a key steward for global privacy and compliance.
  • Drive Integration Excellence: Lead the onboarding of product integrators to the new IAM platform, ensuring a smooth and secure transition across the entire product ecosystem.
  • Bridge Technical Innovation: Translate complex technical capabilities into detailed specifications and user stories, collaborating with engineering and UX teams to build robust solutions.
  • Govern Access Integrity: Design and optimize automated processes for user provisioning and de-provisioning to minimize risk and protect sensitive information.
