The Global Product Manager – Consumables is the owner of the CPM global consumables go-to-market strategy. This product portfolio includes pellet dies, roller shells, hammermill hammers, screens and their associated accessories. The Global Product Manager – Consumables is responsible for fully understanding the overall market, product development roadmap, competitive landscape, capacity requirements, and key differentiators needed ensure the long term success of the CPM consumables product portfolio. They will be responsible for developing processes related to the product management of dies across all regions and understanding the needs of our customers. The Global Product Manager – Consumables will report directly to the VP of Aftermarket but work closely across both the division and complete CPM Enterprise. They will ultimately be accountable to drive the success of the business through Sales, Marketing and Operational teams. This position will review the company’s & competitive install-base, assess what the product portfolio should be, create a strategy and execute. This will be accomplished through the creation of unique concepts for selling CPM consumables and providing clear direction to the support team. This position will have direct accountability for the global CPM consumables business and will act both strategically and as an independent contributor to ultimately achieve success.
