About The Position

We're rebuilding how post-acute care gets done in America — AI-powered, vertically integrated, and relentlessly focused on getting patients what they need without the bureaucratic nightmare. $22M+ raised, scaling fast, and the product we build in the next 12 months will touch hundreds of thousands of patients. The Role This is not a supporting PM role. You will be the CEO of Conduit's growth roadmap — owning the strategy, the experiments, the outcomes, and the decisions across our patient and partner-facing products. You'll run a dedicated growth pod with a designer, marketer, partnerships lead, and engineers. The surface area is large, the autonomy is real, and the bar is high. We want someone who has built for scale, thinks in systems, and reaches for AI before reaching for headcount.

Requirements

4+ years in product, with meaningful time owning growth or experimentation-driven development
You've built things used by hundreds of thousands of people and you know what that pressure feels like
You think in funnels, flows, and behavioral data — and you know when the data is lying to you
AI-native: you build with AI, you prototype with AI, and you're skeptical of any product process that doesn't
Comfortable operating with high ownership and minimal guardrails — you don't wait to be told what to prioritize

The full growth funnel — activation, conversion, engagement, retention — across our direct response and partnerships products
Experiment velocity — define hypotheses, ship tests fast, synthesize learnings faster
User friction diagnosis — find where patients and partners get stuck and eliminate it ruthlessly
AI-native product thinking — build workflows and features that leverage AI as a first-class tool, not an afterthought
The growth roadmap — prioritized, defended, and executed with conviction
