The Job: As a Product Manager, you’ll be part of our Outdoor Power Equipment team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the outdoor battery medium format product portfolio (walk behind mower & snow thrower) with the underlying goal of market share and profitability enhancement Conduct end user research to identify market opportunities and drive decision making for projects in development Identify cost optimization opportunities through DTV and Platforming efforts Maintain a multi brand product roadmap and corresponding business cases focused on profitably meeting the needs of the end customer Manage and lead the milestone process for new product development, ensuring all tasks are completed and the project stays on pace Understand the trends in the outdoor battery power equipment industry and related industries and develop a deep understanding of the end user to incorporate these insights into successful new product launches Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders Partner with cross-functional teams including brand and category management to ensure products meet customer and business needs The Person You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. Requirements

Experience in Product Management
Proven results managing a product portfolio in the consumer goods industry or for the trades (landscaping, construction, etc.)
Ability to balance multiple brands to maximize market share and profitability
Financial acumen and analytical ability with a strategic mindset
Strong research skills, with attention to detail
Excellent written and presentation skills (small and large audiences)
End user obsession, consumer-first mindset, and desire to be “hands on” with products
Strong motivation with the ability to prioritize while not losing sight of the broader picture
A “can-do” attitude and the desire to go above and beyond in all you do
Team spirit combined with a high level of autonomy
Role is hybrid with 3 days per week based out of our Valley City, OH or Towson, MD office
Up to 25% Travel

Responsibilities
