About The Position

Product management here at Envoy is the most critical role for ensuring customers and their end-users love the products they're using. Every decision you make will directly impact tens of thousands of workplaces around the world and their millions of occupants, be them employees, visitors, contractors, etc. Envoy seeks to deliver next-level operational efficiency, data-drivenness, safety, and security for everyone involved, and our solutions must be highly thoughtful about this at scale. You will be responsible for this for your product or product line. This isn't an easy job, but if high stakes is your game, you'll enjoy things a lot. We are currently looking for product leadership in expanding our Visitors product. Visitors is responsible for the majority of the revenue at Envoy, and for good reason: it helps solve very critical security, safety and regulatory compliance needs for companies. Although you likely have used it at the many top tech companies we have as customers in San Francisco, Tech is the minority of our customers. Aerospace and Defence companies rely on Envoy for ITAR/EAR trade compliance adherence, Pharmaceutical companies rely on Envoy for audit-readiness by the FDA and food safety regulators, Manufacturing customers have OSHA regulations mandating safety communication (i.e. wear hard hats at all times, evacuation protocol, etc) which they need evidence that all personnel have watched (and been tested on!). This role is for detailed oriented people who really want to leverage their skill in identifying nuances – you literally will be helping save people's lives. Or in the least, helping companies save millions of dollars in fines! This is an on-site position requiring at least 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) at our San Francisco HQ.
