About The Position

We are seeking two Product Managers within Participant Strategy and Experience within Workplace Solutions, who will own two critical experiences that impact participants every day. The first opportunity is an S3 PM aligned to the Invest product family, and the second is an S3 PM aligned to Rollover In as a part of the Onboard product family. The Invest Product Manager will: • Own the investment digital experience for Workplace Solutions participants, supporting one of the most critical functions of Vanguard's mission. • Work within the digital product management model to partner closely with a technology team and UX resources to drive growth and improve the participant experience. • Shape the future of the invest experience, with a lens on One Vanguard and how to create synergies across the enterprise. We are looking for someone who: • Is passionate about investments, is a sophisticated investor themselves, and has an interest in understanding the nuances of how participants interact with their investment experience. • Demonstrates an outcomes mindset with a history of driving strong OKR results. • Has experience working with technology teams, with a preference for experience with digital product management.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads digital product management activities for multiple digital product teams towards best practices and learnings.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience
• Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
• Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery products.
• Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
• Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
• Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
